League Games Report - Week Five

Division One

Warren pick up another 3 points at home against Hadleigh Blue which looks like a is going to be crucial points at the end of the season for them they also get the biggest win on one mat this season so far winning 30-03.  Island take the first points off of Springhouse, drawing one mat at home 14-14. Woodlands double there score this week with a win 3-2 over Ramsden who stay in the bottom half by 1 point...


Willows and Falcon postponed till a later date (TBD) so have not played this week

Division Two

Wickford win an important match 5-0 to move them away from the bottom and closer to the chasing pack as they beat bottom of the table SBC East as they look to root themselves at the bottom 9 points adrift now....

Ramsden get the better of Whitehall as they both move onto 13 points with a game in hand over OCBC on 17... ITs all getting tight in the spot for 2nd place.

East Hanningfield keep true to form as they win away from home securing top spot for Christmas against high flying SBC North as they drop down to 5th, with there next two matches against 3rd and 4th it will be a crucial end to the first half for them...


OCBC and Sanguine did not play this week as they already played this match earlier on in the season

Division Three

Hannakins Oak win 5-0 against was top of the table Whitehall wasp to catapult them into the top position, a tight win 29-24!

Hadleigh play twice this week picking up a point away to Heron park with the tightest win of the season 11-11 and 09-08 making a total score 20-19. Then picking up 5 points at home to Courage who are finding it tough near the bottom this season. PLenty of home games to go though courage you can still do it


SWF, Canvey Blue and Falcon Whites all did not play this week. 

Division Four

Basildon play three times this week as they look to catch up on some re-arranged games. Whitehall Bees taking 3 points at home in the first game of the week with a close victory 30-27. Basildon then play at home to PML looking to go top but fail as Basildon win 5-0 for the first time this season. 

Stingers had their third home game of the season and finally pick up a 5-0 win against bottom of the table GPM.

Then Basildon play their third game against GPM's which is there second away game of the week as Basildon win 4-1 to go top of the division! what a week it is for them!


Swans and SBC West did not play this week.

Division Five

Galleywood win again at home taking a 5-0 win against Wickford to go top of the table with a 5 point lead now and are sitting comfortable at the top. Ramsden wrens beat Hadleigh silver 5-0 at home to move away from them and closer to the top of the pack, leaving Hadleigh silver licking their wounds 2nd from bottom. 

2nd vs 3rd as Castle point and Mallards get a game each but the home team grab the bonus point just keeping them in second spot 

Ramsden Wrens take another5 points at home against SBC South this week  as they move up into 2nd taking advantage of the split points against CP and Mallards. Whilst SBC South are rooted to the bottom knowing they are not playing next week!
